Food Plots NWTF seed corn?

Not sure where to put this so posting here and turkey forum. Does the NWTF still do this, when is the deadline to order, and approximately when/where to pickup?

Several here have gotten RR corn/ beans from Quail Unlimited. I joined one year for the seed, placed my order for the following spring, and they STILL hadn't gotten their delivery by end of May to distribute to those of us who ordered 6m in advance.

I ended up scrambling at the last minute trying to get seed at Co-op and salvage the summer plots.

I wont ever rely on those organizations again for seed. Plus their seed is leftovers from last years plantings, so its 1.5 years old by the time you get it. Not worth the $$$ you save to me.

Try the co-op nice most guys have finished planting.. they will sometimes do test strips of various varieties and have 3/4 of the bag leftover.. I've bought this before at reduced prices

Based on the feedback especially on germ rate, leaning toward biting the bullet on this years hybrids vs taking a big hit on yield.

I never had problems with the germination from the NWTF seed we bought for many years. Actually purchased some one year and did not plant until the next season. Seed was kept in my basement.

2 and 3 years ago we planted NWTF CORN with very good success. Couldn't get it last year.

I've had really good luck with Quail Forever seed - soybeans, corn and sorghum. Always bought enough for not the next planting, but the planting after that. Basically over 2 year old seed. I keep it in my basement with a dehumidifier
