NWTF Membership Question?

I just renewed my membership today but I received only a receipt where I paid.I looked on my account and It dont even show a ticket or anything except my membership ends in March of 2024!Any help from you that have just joined.My friend just joined and it shows his ticket on his phone,seems like I had this trouble last year!Im about fed up with the NWTF!

click on the "Edit Info" button when registering for the sports show, and fill in your email and street address. If you do that, it will pull up your membership.
