Planted a successful plot of oats and red clover last September. The oats are brown and have fallen over. The clover looks great in spots but bare in others where the oats super thick.
Should I mow it? How can I get it to re-seed? Do I need to re-plant oats or wheat this fall? Thanks

I would mow it in sept as clover is going dormant now. Fertilize and
Lime in mid august just before a rain then
Mow high just clipping the tops off

Next early spring fertilize and lime then mow. Spray clethodim/2,4DB with crop oil
