I talked to a friend of mine who lives up that way and he said one daylast week, he and another guy, an outdoor writer, went out to catch afew for pictures and ended up with 75 caught with 10 over six pounds and the big one went 8-11. I saw some of the pics so I guess it was so.

Thisun, caught from the bank, weighed 13 and change. That's what the guy who owned the scales told me.

The last tournament I fished, has to be close to 25 years ago, I won third and had big fish. I swore I would never work that hard again. I fish for the enjoyment of it and to me, aint a thing enjoyable about tournament fishing.

IO agree. He is not only one heck of a fishermen, (should be, he learned on smallmouth), but he is also quite nice and relatively humble.

Whatever happened to being quiet in a boat and not spooking the fish. I strongly hate Ichanellism. Or however the help you spell it.

I get being excited,I get real excited when Im fishing,but,Im not fishing for money,and by the time Ike is done yelling and dancing,KVD has made 7 or 8 more casts.And they wonder why he keeps winning.
