Not liking opening weekend forecast

Yes but I'm trying to be optimistic...... Traditionally I don't hunt opening weekend because of the heat but since I kinda skipped last year I am a lil excited, however I'm going to the beach with the family Oct. 5th for a few days to give it time to chill

I will be in a stand unless its lightning, but if its raining ill sit in the rain I see a ton of big bucks during rain and right after the rain stops waited to long to not be in a stand lol. hopefully it will change but we will see!

I will hunt in the rain with a gun but not a bow,seen too many deer lost in dry weather & lost my first bow deer because of rain,never again!

My wife and son are going to be out of town all weekend. The freedom to do anything I want!

I want to hunt... but I also don't want to sit in a tree if it's going to be 80 degrees. Torn between golf/hunting/fishing.

golf is a waste of good hunting land, fishing is year round, hunting time is limited. no brainer for me.

NOBODY, not the Weather Channel, Accuweather, the Local TV stations, etc. actually forecast straight off the raw data. They interpret it into their own forecasts. I'm just providing what the raw data suggests without interpretation (which has a MUCH higher accuracy rate than anyone's forecast, short of the NWS, which provides the best forecasts).

If we get any more rain this year, I need to start some rice paddies.

The spring was wetter than usual, but then it rained almost every day from mid-June through early September. In July, we had NINE DAYS of unbroken rain, all day long for nine days. I took pictures of creek algae growing on my driveway--no joke. By August, we had already hit our entire annual average rainfall, and then it kept raining on most days for another month. The crazy thing is now it has only rained once or so in the last couple weeks and our creeks are already pretty low.
