Norma Whitetail Ammo?

Academy here in MS had some in .243 ($24.99), 7RM (29.99), and .300 WM (29.99). I couldn't resist those prices considering the current. Anyone shot it? Heck you can hardly get Norma brass for that.

I'll let you know how it shoots for me. All lead soft point.

I bought a bunch in 7/08..mostly for the brass. Ive shot a few of them, seems to be pretty accurate in my rifle.

So far so good. Should've bought more. Last one opened it up but feel I can do better. Still under an inch at 100. Hot as heck here and I was ready to quit . I may use this for antelope in October if it holds together at longer distances.

I got a couple of the 6.5cm 140 gr. and it did good

Mack's Prarie wings had them at one point when I was looking for 7mag ammo. I didn't know anything about them so I called my gun guy and asked him. He said it is excellent ammo! Said they are an old company who have been doing it a long time, but apparently just now getting to the US or something (I may have the wrong from what he said), but he said it is excellent ammo.

I went ahead and bought 2 boxes for I think around $30 a box. Plan on using it this year if I need to. Got a new Bergara B14 ridge and have to break it in anyway so I will go through some ammo this year…

At Academy. Have you noticed the Norma .308 Whitetail and the .308 Elk are the same just different packaging?

I shot a couple rounds of 143gr 6.5 Creedmoor at the range yesterday. Tack drivers. Only thing left to do is see how they perform on game.

Well, I've killed 2 deer with Norma medium game 143gr 6.5cm so far this year. Gotta say, I'm impressed. Great accuracy, got pass through both times, good blood trails. Both deer expired quickly. I'll be looking for more of this ammo
