Have a friend that lives in Arkansas that wants to come hunt turkey in Tennessee. If he hunts on a WMA what license does he need ?

He will either a Type 073 or Type 074 nonresident license, and a permit for the WMA, If it is a nonquota WMA hunt, he will need a Type 94 permit (or 995 for just on the Cherokee WMA). If it is for LBL, he will need their hunter use permit.
