nocks coming off carbon express arrows

Any suggestions to keep the nocks from coming off my carbon express arrows? For example, last year when I would finish hunting and pull my arrow off my string the nock would stay stuck on the string

change nocks the nocks fit to tight on the string qad makes a good one you will probally shoot better too.

A neat, and inexpensive trick, to keep the nocks tight in the shaft when they get worn is to take a walmart type of plastic bag and cut a rectangle 1"X2". Wrap the piece around the nock sleeve that fits into the arrow tightly and form a taper, then slide while twisting the nock down into the arrow and the result will be a tight nock like it was when new. You may have to modify the sizes slightly, but this is a little known trick that works to perfection.

Had the same problem and took a flathead screwdriver and opened up the end just a small amount and had no more problems.
