This weather has been pitiful for duck and deer hunting IMO. Far better for fishing, yard working and doing other chores you are behind on. I hope to be back in the woods midweek when the temps take a dive.

I have a friend with blinds in MS and AR that found the hunting so good that he chose to play golf yesterday.
He did say that there were plenty of specs and spoonies around to shoot, but not much else.

I'm giving them a break until mid-week and see if anything improves. I can go sit in the deer stand and see nothing and not spend as much on gas.
