No daytime movement....

Took off Friday afternoon, bow hunted a food plot where at least a doe sighting is a gimme, and there are fresh scrapes, no deer.
Long hardwood ridge Saturday morning, covered with scrapes, no deer.
Long finger field with food and scrapes last night, no deer.
Going to try again this morning, but was deer movement down/off for anyone else this weekend? I wonder if bucks are resting up for the rut?

Very slow for me in Fayette. Saw one deer Saturday morning and nothing in the afternoon.

I saw a few does yesterday morning about 8:30 and that was it from a pretty much all day hunt. Tons of deer sign they just haven't been moving during the day light here.

Been off since Wednesday seen three deer total during the day set over fields and wood lots were it's usually a give me for at least does seems like there nocturnal right now in my areas

Slow for me in hardeman county yesterday. This morning has been better though!

Wasn't much better in Lauderdale county yesterday morning or afternoon. I did finally see 4 about last legal shooting light.
