I enjoy looking at others pics, they get me exited about the upcoming season. I opted to not run any cams this year. I have found that they do me no good. I have a couple of properties that I SELDOM get pics of any "good" deer. (The past 4 years) which in turn takes my optimism down which means I don't hunt as hard or as long at these locations giving me probably 0 chance of killing one.
On the other hand my "honey hole" property always has a few good dear every year, the problem is they are impossible to pattern. I find myself over hunting this property which takes my chances down there too.
I am going in with a clean slate with no picture evidence to steer me in one direction or another this year and am going to spread my hunting out and keep optimistic and hunt 100 percent on every hunt and see what happens this year. Plus it keeps me out of my prime spots and saves me money and time messing with cams.
Anyone else have this problem?
