Nikon Pro Staff scopes - sticker?

I've never paid too much attention to these... and haven't made it to a store yet to check for myself...

On these scopes, is the white "BDC" sticker on top actually a sticker than can be removed? Or is it permanent?

It's a sticker. All Nikon scope with BDC have them. Pull em off then wipe the left over adhesive with a little alcohol and you'll be good to go

That's what I figured... I've just seen a few used ones for sale lately where the sticker was still on... just made me wonder. :)

Ive always left mine on but its just a personal preference.
