Nikon M-223 Scopes???

Ive got a Windam Weaponry Varmint 20" AR15... I have been trying to decide on a scope for it and am leaning towards a Nikon M-223 3-14x42 with a NikoPlex Reticle. Any of you guys used the M-223 Series scopes? Pros ? Cons?

I have the P223 and love it, don't know the difference between the M and P

M series is a monarch and bigger magnification, etc. The P series is built off one of nikons cheaper scopes.
