Great catch! I'm with you, I really enjoy fishing under the lights, although I haven't done it in a while. The heat is not so bad, and in reservoirs with any kind of depth to them, it is the way to go in the summer. Of course, crappie and white bass are usually the predominant species, but I remember one night on Pickwick, something kept biting the heads off our minnows. So, we switched to worms and caught a bunch of fiddler blue cats! I have also caught a bunch of big buffalo on jigs under the lights in Kentucky lake.
