I shot this buck at 6:30 this past Saturday morning. There were two small bucks pestering a doe right beside me when he walked up. He stopped at 65 yards facing me and just watched them for a couple of minutes. He finally turned broadside and I shot him in the shoulder and he dropped. I ended up having to drag him 200 yards by myself before I could get any help. Luckily, it was mostly down the side of a ridge. He weighed 175lbs dressed, and I 'm guessing he was 3.5+. I didn't have much time to get good pics or even look at him because I had to get back to the house to keep the woman happy. We now have 5 kids and time in the woods is a true blessing. :)
