Next Year (2015/2016) Duck hunt

I was thinking of taking my Dad and my stepbrother on a Duck hunt next year in East Arkansas(Stuttgart) or KY Lake. Any recommendations and/or places to avoid. Probably leaning towards more of an all inclusive (lodging guide meals etc...) kind of place for 2 or maybe 3 days. Ballpark, what kind of price per person per day can I expect? Is the First Week of Dec too early? What is the best time to go.

...basically interested in anything within 3 hrs or so of Bartlett.

If you are looking for all inclusive in the Stuttgart area expect to pay 500 or more per person each day. Good timber hunting may be higher. It would be good to book now for next year because the better places will book up if you wait until next hunting season. For that area of the state, usually the better hunting will be after December 15.
