Go to one of the Trapping seminars that is held about 2-3 times a year in Tn. would be a good start. They have one in March in Birchwood, Tn and another in Middle or W. Tn. Reading books and watching Youtube videos can be a great help but take them with a grain of salt and use common sense. A lot of good info. with most but not so much with others. The best way in my opinion is to find someone that will let you tag along when they run their line. You can't beat hands on when learning to trap.
