New weapon

Man and Victoria got me a new bream weapon for Christmas.
Pflueger Trion reel with a Diawa Laguna 6 1/2' rod.
It's gonna be ON here before long!!

Congrats. I need to invest in a few more panfish reels. I hope to get the little guy out this spring.

Do yourself a favor and look up "Richard Gene The Fishing Machine" on YouTube. He does a lot of panfish videos. He can catch them... and he's pretty funny.

Go fishing when you can...... cause it's goooooooood for ya!

My son and I have bought a few of the Pflueger Trion spinning reels and I am really impressed with them (and I'm a Shimano guy). Great Christmas gift!

I've got one. It was awesome the first season I had it. Broke it out next spring and it was dang near locked up. Never figured out what I did to it to mess it up.
I was able to clean it up and get it goin again but it still ain't all the way right. I musta put it up with water in it or something.
Lovely rig ruger!

I love them.
They are all I use for bream.

thats a great gift. i use 25 or 30 size in pfleugers for all my panfish reels, never had a problem with them. i got a shimano sahara 2500 last year that i havent used yet and kind of worried about it from the reviews.
