Really excited about this one, right on the banks of the Buffalo River, well about 200 yards away. The guy got the clearing done, coming back, after it dries to slick it up a little.

Its about 160'x125' pretty decent size plot, what I like about it is,I can slip in for an afternoon hunt, say on Friday, and not disturb my other land.

You may can tell there is a big field nearby in one of the pics. Its full of nasty stuff like Johnson grass, and nut sedge,so Im thinking of making this an annual plot, figuring Im gonna have to kill it all out each late summer. For this year,Im thinking Crimson clover, oats, maybe some winter peas. For next spring,Im thinking,RR Soybeans, but Im wondering, since they will be broadcast,I have no planter, how much "riding on" by a 4 wheeler will they take while Im spraying, not much,I wouldnt think.

Any other thoughts?

Fh, when you put the beans in do your spraying before planting like normal then again when they are knee high and I bet you will be fine. I will have an electrical fence next year around mine.
