New Owner Honda Foreman 4X4

I've been running a 2004 Suzuki Vinson since about 2006. It still only has 202 miles on it. But it had had 3 carb builds and this last one almost cost me. I had a time sensitive meeting with a landowner who was kind enough to allow me to come to his 70 acres that adjoins 1000 acres Corp of engineers down at Sardis. He said come down Ill show you around, Do you have a 4 wheeler....I say yes but it needs carb work. I got through the rebuild but putting it back together it had a Crack in the fuel line. I figured that would be easy fix. We'll found out it's metric ID size 9mm. So ordered $30.00 Suzuki part. But the shipping time killed that and I got desperate. The wife came to my rescue, she said get a new one and sell yours after you get it running! Music to my ears!!

I learned a lot from the folks at Motonation. They offer 2 engine sizes and Diff Lock on the 520cc. Its a very strong wheeler.

It's hard to bear a Honda foreman. I have a 2009 that I deer and duck hunt with, and it's been great. I would buy another one tomorrow if something happened to mine.

Honda makes great bikes. We have an 04 foreman 450 that we bought new. It has been used a lot around our farm.

Have not hung a tag, but from 3 trips so far have heard lots of gobbling. Today was of more distant birds.

I am 69 yrs old and walking very far is not in the cards. I ordered an ebike as last ditch effort to go to the bird. I hope that works out. Just got a new Ricky Padgett trumpet that has really got my hopes up. It sounds better than anything I own. My hopes are to kill 1 more. This is the year of my 70th birthday and would like to harvest my 70th longbeard. I could call that good.

If the cutover is a few years old and getting so thick the birds have trouble moving through it, the logging roads leading to the woods next door can be deadly.... but they will def head for shade in the woods after the sun gets up good. Good luck, and stick with it!
