New law on importing deer from KY?

Are there any exemptions to the "CWD" law? The reason I am asking is for two locations - Fort Campbell and LBL.
I don't hunt the Fort but one of the places I hunt LBL is in KY but you have to travel through TN to get to this area, Prior Creek Area,
road #203 and roads 365, 366, and 367. If you kill a deer in this area, there is no way to get it out except through TN unless you
have a boat.

Sorry,but I have no idea on how they are handling issues like that. Give the Law Enf. Division office a call at 615-781-6580 for some direction.
