It will be the same odds either way. But, there is no adding sign-ons after the draw. So, if an individual is the only one with a blind card, his hunting buddies will have no "right" to the blind on the days he can't make it to hunt. It will be open to anyone on those days.
Not sure that's what he is asking. To be clear, is it the consensus that a "party" of 8 people wholistically will have the same odds of getting selected as an individual?
It looks like it would make far more sense that they would draw individual names and if that person was in a party, all party members would get a card. Once party members have a card to a blind they are no longer eligible to be drawn. I get the feeling that this isn't what they have planned.
