New crossbow advice

Neither myself nor my wife have ever shot a crossbow. She doesn't hunt at all either (unless new shoes count). Anyway, she says she will start deer hunting if she can use a crossbow. I'm all for getting to spend more time with her. My wife is pretty small (4'8" 110) and I'm concerned she won't be able to draw the bow. I've seen a few women's bows, but not sure what to get. How hard are they to draw, and can a petite women get it done. Also, she is left handed, if that makes a difference. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There are alot of crossbows out there that have a crank system so you don't have to pull the string back.
