Finally got to do a little shooting through the Pro Digital Chronograph today with my .280 Steyr. The load of 59.5gr of RL-19 and the 120BT was very disappointing @ 3,052fps. However, I did load up some RL-17, Fed 210GM primers and the 120BT. I was very impressed with the velocity and the fact that it took 1.0gr less of RL-17 to get more speed (256 fps) than the RL-19.
58.0gr RL-17= 3,267fps
58.5gr RL-17= 3,308fps
Both loads did not show any signs of pressure so now I can see what groups I can get out of it.

My Vanguard .257 Roy averaged 3,632fps with the 100gr TSX and RL-22.

My .308 load of 130gr TTSX and 50.5gr of RL15 was disappointing as well 3,055fps but it does shoot under 1/2"!

Overall, I love my Pro Digital Chronograph and I am looking forward to working up a load for the 120 BT using RL-17. I wish I had bought this chronograph sooner.

RL17 is touted to be one of the best new powders out. More FPS and lower pressures.

I can't wait to get some loads for my WSM's.

I picked up two pounds Friday at Loudon County Sportsman.

They had two more-

Shot it out of my .40 muzzleloader. It compares favorably to H4350, just a tad slower.
