New cams

Picked up 2 moultrie a5 today. Seemed to have good feed back for the most part. Plus they are a sponsor now so I figured I would support them. Hoping they work out well.

How is moultries customer service ? Has anyone had to ever send anything in ?

Their cs is ok. Slow sometimes to get back with you but friendly, I have emailed as well as spoken with them on the phone. Have sent in 2 cams to them, they replaced a brand new 990 first gen that had some issues with a brand new gen 2 990. Turnaround was about 3 weeks and I ate the shipping.

I called their tech support about one of my cameras that was 4yrs old, they were very helpful, i wound up getting the problem fixed with the info they gave me, also I asked what could be done with my 4yr old camera if i couldn't get it going and they told me they could sell me a new one for 40% off........ any camera i choose....I give em a :tu:
