Apex 9s , 40 yards, xxx full Comp n Choke. Bought the gun for my daughter and grandkids to use one day. Killed a few squirrels and rabbits with it. So much fun to carry and shoot I ordered a Comp N Choke xxx full and decided to see if it would make the turkey hunting line up. I had to add shim to add some cast as first shot was to the left a smidge. I shoot left handed.

It shoots awesome but, woah, it's expensive. All the TSS is. I shoot Longbeard XR in my 12 gauge but, wish the TSS was cheaper for the 16. :confused:

Have you tried high brass 1 1/8 oz. lead loads at 40 yards? Only asking because I ordered a full choke 16 gauge barrel for my H&R Topper 158. Hoping they will pattern ok in mine.
