Well the wife did good, got my new Lowa Tibets for Christmas. Can't wait to get them broke in chasing after some totes this week. Anybody got any they've had good luck out of?

I recently bought some rutmaster 2.0 rubber boots. They feel great. Haven't hunted with them yet. I purchased the uninsulated due to eyeing turkey season more right now, but if I like them I'll probably go back and also buy the insulated ones for winter. I have a larger foot, 13, but narrow ankle which makes boot slipping an issue. These hold nicely and are very comfortable to wear.

Lowa makes excellent backpacking boots. If they fit you right you have some awesome boots there.

Boots are like guns. You have to have lots for different hunts I love my muck woody max but they stay at the house if Iam going out west and hiking, I have some Kenetrek mountain extremes for the steep and rough.
