Found this when I pulled trail cam card yesterday. First time I have seen this deer, in person or on trail cam.
Incredibly thick body on him.
Nice neck, but no sagging belly. Any idea on age?

BTW, I have several new, but younger bucks that showed up the last couple of weeks. A lot of them grouped up.

That is a big necked buck for this time of year! Northern Middle TN or Southern?

Lincoln County, north of Fayetteville.
So far this year I have only seen ONE mature buck there, and he was a real short tined 6pt. Big body, older deer, but not much on top.
I had him at 20yds, but it was youth weekend and I was just scouting. Not seen since.
Then over the last couple of weeks quite a few 1.5 and 2.5 deer moved onto the farm. Good potential, and glad to see them alive so close to the end of the season.

Ok, makes a bit more since that his beck is so large. Still a big bodied deer.

He would be one where you definitely want some neck measurements for a taxidermist!
