New acknowledgement on check in

I used the website to check in a doe this week and noticed there was a new screen outlining the new buck definition. You must check the box that you understand before you can proceed. In other words, there will be no pleading ignorance of the new rules. I did check the box but I don't understand!

What if you mark no. On a side note I wonder how many of the commissioners that made this rule are hunting were they rule or are they in Indiana Illinois or some other big buck state
