Never hunted Turkey - Questions

I have never hunted turkey before but my wife has seen several at the property I hunt. I have been out of town most of the year working but she goes out and picks blackberries where I hunt and every time she has seen multiple turkeys.So I have several questions:

A) Can I shoot a turkey while bow hunting? and if so is it only during bow season or legal all deer season if using a bow?

B) Is it legal to call a turkey in during bow season?

C) How do you apply for and what are the conditions for the fall turkey quota hunt?

Get with a veteran Turkey hunter and maby check out some
hunting videos. The best way to learn is to just go and
hunt. Learn from your mistakes

Going with someone who knows what they're doing will be a very good learning experience. It taught me alot but Ive still got alot to learn.
