Anyone been recently? Not the Interstate, but the one downtown on Jefferson. It's been a few years since I've been there, I don't remember much about it.

I've never been, mainly because of my lack of preference for Interstate.

Last time we were there, my wife asked "What's in the sock-it-to-me cake?" The waitress just left without a word and came back with a big slice of cake and said if we didn't like it, we didn't have to pay. Thought that was kinda weird, but it was pretty dang good. BBQ wasn't bad, but not the best around.

We ate there a year or so and the food and service was really good. I did not have one complaint and would for sure go back again.

Never was much of a fan of the Neely's/Interstate type of q. Just a personal preference, I guess.

Not my first choice, but its not bad. If I remember right, the prices were a little high. At least to me.
