Need some info on an old colt revolver

My dad needs a little info on this old revolver. I am including lots of pics. It shoots a colt 41 caliber bullet. I am including pics of the markings that I can find. Any history or value info greatly appreciated.

Everything I read on them is between 100 to 1000 depending on condition and serial number. Cool piece!

Got one similar in 38 my Great Grand Dad carried as a detective a little after turn of century I presume, 20's maybe?
Cool old guns, I have never shot his but I got the leather shoulder sling holster he carried too.
Good luck finding info in it....

I called Colt it was made in 1904. Leader for around 100$ they will give you a letter on the pistol you have with all the history they have on it.
