Need opinions -poll-

I'm thinking of patenting something I'm working on . It's a motion decoy system for ducks. I'm polling ...please vote

I think it would have to be a game changer! Something supper special to sell many over the price of $170+. There are some motion systems out there that cost more but control multiple decoys. If it is a single decoy motion decoy I think it would have to be under $200 to do much good. If you could sell it for under $100 then your in the range where people would buy multiples of the decoy.

But with so many new and different motion decoys out there I don't know what anybody could some up with that can be much different then something that is already on the market.

Yep your right its got to be cheap and for us easy to use and fast to put out and take down. I'm a fan being mobile when it comes to ducks . What iv got is very different than what's out . GoT 2 Models To Choose From Just GOTTA Do some r&D On It Before I Push It forward. ...

What sucks is I want no biased opinions from people other than close friends and family but untill I patent it I'm not letting it out . I thought about just running it myself just when we hunt but I feel like someone will pick it up and run with it and il be the guy says that I invented it first ...

you need some prototype work...don't worry, after seeing some of your kill pics, I'll come hunt with you, sign a non disclosure agreement, and help test your invention... :super: :super: :tu: :tu: :tu:

I've been through the patent process through a previous employer, and it is very expensive. I recommend getting a provisional patent, which gives you protection to figure out your next step.

Thanks for the advice... I'm just scratchinges the surface with it now but if I wanted peiple to test it that would be a good step to take

Well I have a working prototype and I have to say I'm pretty excited. I'd like to get details form anyone who knows a patent lawyer or someone in west tn lawyer wise who could help with a provisional patent or give more info on provisional patent
