I am new to traditional shooting, Just got a Recurve handed down to me. I want to shoot wood arrows, I want them to be taperd as well. I think I want two blade broadheads also. Is it better to get the glue ons or the screw ins?

When ordering arrows, I saw several options like 5/16 53# and stuff, I dont know what these measurements are. Need that explained to me to know what the best fit for me would be?

I need a little input on feathers too? any input is appreciated! Thanks!

Glue on heads for wooden arrows as I don't know of any wood shafts with screw-in inserts. You need to get the right spine for your bow poundage and draw length. Here's an article that explains it better than I can:
