Need a recipe

I know this is a simple one, but can't seem to find what I am looking for online probably typing it wrong. Need a recipe for hot sauce (vinegar, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, etc.) that you find on the table at most independent bbq places in TN. The clear bottles,pepper is in the bottom and you give it a good shake. Not a fan of tomato based "sweet" sauces for pulled pork.

Pepper sauce? Buy a bottle. When you run out, fill it back up with white vinegar. That's what everyone else does :D

If you want some colored hot sauce recipes, Dodge Man makes a lot up. I think he has homemade Louisiana style, Sriracha, and maybe a Tobasco sauce recipe he uses.

Or are you talking about the vinegar based stuff you have to shake since the solids sink to the bottom?
