Heck yea, let's see them I'm always looking for a new one I love the poppers. So far big j's is the best . So let's see some recipes!!!

this is how I have done them

cut jalapenos in half length wise and remove seeds, then cut into 1/2 inch slices.

cut deer backstrap into bite size pieces (fawn backstrap is the best but not necessary)

cut raw bacon strips in half

place piece of deer meat and piece of jalapeno on bacon, add a teaspoon or so of cold cream cheese. Wrap up tightly and run a soaked tooth pick thru popper. Make as many as you want and throw on the grill, turning a few times. be prepared for some flames and smoke when excess cream cheese melts out and burns. there will be plenty of cheese left inside the popper and they are delicious. Grill until bacon is plenty crisp and deer meat is medium to rare (depending on how you like it). Last batch I made was Thanskgiving and some of the deer meat was very rare (I pulled off the grill too soon) but it still was delicious.

Hope this helps

Nasty good

Marinade lean chunks in apple cider for three hrs. Remove, pat dry and marinade in bbq sauce for 3 hrs. Remove from frig and let stand for 30min. Cut meat in the shape of a large dove breast instead of square chunks. They will be easier to stuff and cook more evenly on ea side.

Lay strips of bacon on a cutting board and use back of knife stretch and thin out each piece then cut in thirds. You want the bacon thin enough to get crisp w/out overcooking the venison.

Use a filet knife to cut a pocket in ea piece. Stick in a piece of jalapeno and use knife to slather in cream cheese. Wrap ea w/ bacon and tooth pick. Grill or pan fry. Dig in and be prepared to want more.
