Do you try to save the neck on does?

I hate to admit it, but I only save the necks on mature bucks. Not enough meat on the does

You would be surprised; there is actually quite a bit of meat even on a doe. Doesn't seem like it when you try and debone it, but when you do a roast, it sure seems like there is a lot.

Not really a fan of neck roasts..

I usually cut the neck off at the shoulder and give it to the taxidermist…
About every 5 years or so..😆😆😆
