Neat Powder Horn

Wish I knew the history of this 'horn. My grandfather-in-law picked it up at an estate sale and passed it on to me.

Ive got a horn similar to that and its been passed down through my family and its an actual "horn" for calling in the dogs when the hunt was through. Ive gotten pretty good at making it work. And that thing is loud.

At second look at that one. Are you sure its a Powder horn? Is the large end plugged or open, if its open it may be a horn that you can make some noise with. If you learn how to blow it you can hear it for a half mile.
