I got a friend that is from there and his life is basically consumed by anything noter lame. That's fine, I'm glad he likes it but....
Last year he said over and over, once they were put out, that they had the toughest schedule in college football. He honestly believed that.

I used to feel the same way. Until the thugs took over college football. I have a respect for Notre Dame now. They have academic standards and behavior standards. They still have student athletes that are required to represent the university well. All the $EC homers laughed when alabammer killed ND in the playoff a few years ago. Let's face the facts: A bunch of student athletes with academic standards are never going to compete with schools that will take any thug that can play. Vandy will never compete in the $EC for the same reason. I wish it was a level playing field for all college football teams, but as long as the NCAA, conferences, and schools are getting mega rich nothing will change.

Very valid point and I totally agree.
However... I will hate noter lame forever.

My best friend loves all things football and he told me one time. I admit I am racist when it comes to football. That's why I pull for teams like noter lame, wisconsin, penn state etc.

Race has nothing to do with it for me. I just like to see respectable, well mannered student athletes instead of the punk a$$ thugs that most teams put on the field nowadays. And I'm not delusional. My beloved Vols have some too.
