Heading down next week haven't been their in 2 years just wondering how the hunting is seeing a lot or not that much thanks also do they plant any of their fields

North side or south side?

Don't expect to see very many this time of year. The fields don't matter.. They have some clover planted, but you probably won't see a deer in them.

Saw over 60 deer in a field a few days ago.Almost all does with a few small bucks. I'd say most the breeding is done and they are herding up.

I'm not as experienced with the North Side, but I hear there are actually more deer up there.

Keep away from other hunters. Natchez trace is very pressured so the deer will avoid where that big deer ran across the road 10 years ago and everyone heard about it so now 20 people hunt that particular trail

We haven't seen rutting behavior in the Natchez Trace area since the first week of December

We've seen chasing after season.. Not looking like a second rut happened/is happening/will happen this year to me.

no one ever sees much up there these days from what I hear but these may be some of the hunters that hunt the beaten path too. . I'm not sure
