Just watched bubba run thru a couple of pit stalls when he pulled away from his in front of another car that was coming in to pit. Where's the penalty there NASCAR? He nearly ran over the pit crew of the other car. 🙄 ANYBODY else would have had to negotiate a penalty stop.

Lost interest in NASCAR. I love the dirt tracks. Have one up in Pueblo Colorado. Lots of fun and excitement.

just flipped over The miami ND is on halftime. EJ finished 5th last week at daytona, he runs well at daytona too.

Larson is a super speedway moron and shoved him out of the lead with several laps left.

My favorite drivers have all retired LOL. I used to pull for Rusty Wallace when he drove the Miller Genuine Draft Pontiac, and Bobby LaBonte when he drove the Interstate Batteries Pontiac. Yeah, I was a Pontiac fan. 😄
Ain't nothing wrong with old Pontiac's. Firebirds,Bonnevilles and of course the GTO's. Old Grand Prix are some good looking cars too. Some real mean American muscle. Especially those Pontiac engines built by Butler Performance in Lawrenceburg.

I have a 1980 TransAm that I pulled the 301 Pontiac engine from and built a 455 and replaced it with. Bored .030 over, 6x heads, 278 duration cam. With street tires I ran 8.80 in the 1/8 mi with it at the local strip.

The best car wins no cookie cutter crap no fuel mileage just horses running wild
It ain't racing anymore
I had been to Talladega a few times but one year I wanted to get closer to the action. Got a seat on the front row near start/finish. Couldn't see the whole track, but it was AWESOME. Especially when Gordon was in the lead and Earnhardt was literally tapping his bumper down the strait!

Darrel Waltrip was my favorite driver!I watched Nascar when the Allision brothers,Cale Yarbourgh,Richard Petty,Dave Pearson and many others were racing. Some of the most unbeliveable crashes ever in those days!
Yeah, those were the good days.

Davey Allison....

Before a race he was asked a question when about "the man in black"...he said, "Hell, my car is just as black as his..."
Good days, when folks just didn't judge you by race or race car.

Same here. Too many rules, cars have no character, they went way off track.
You know, I looked at the cars in the race, and the only difference was the decals. back in the day, you could tell a chevy, ford, dodge,. Now they all look the same, kinda like bingo balls running on a track with different tattoos.
