I struggle to navigate the guide only, but I believe it says name or TWRA ID must be on traps. I find my paper copy and I'll post a picture.

I made trap tags out of some thin metal. A couple are made from beer cans, and one from some thin sheet steel. Took an engraver tool and scratched my name into them. Roll them through a link of the chain like a duck leg band.

The soft copper tags you can buy online, get mangled too easy.
