She just passed on an outstanding 2.5 year old not once but twice, he came through at 10 yards, left, and then came back at 10 yards, I hope this guy makes it but the odds are not in his favor. She sent me these pics wanting to know if she was right and he was young.


 
She's got more will power than me, lol. It's been about three years since I've seen one that big.
Good for her.

And from what I can tell, women in general seem to be a bit more picky about what they shoot than men. (in other words, it's easier for women to pass up bucks than men).

That buck will be a STUD if he grows up. Hope she sees him next year or the year after and is rewarded!

I wouldn't have passed on him. I probably would have shot and missed. I am not having any luck killing a deer with a bow. I get so tore up i can barely pull my bow back. Monday i was so desperate i slung an arrow at a 4 point, and i hit the tree he was standing behind. Broke my arrow in 2 pieces and a blade on my broadhead. Scared him so bad i almost got lucky and killed him with a heart attack.
