Looks great! The only thing I would change is I wouldn't toast the bread. I like my bread for BLT's to be soft. All else looks good. I wait every year for the first BLT with tomatoes from the garden!

I eat mine the same way, but out of necessity, toasted bread on a sandwich tears up the roof of my mouth. Dang, now I want some bacon.
