To set up you draw to your 'natural anchor point' and adjust the sight until that red ring surrounds the black dot.....once you get dialed in you start shooting and move your pins to hit center from 10 yds......now i bet i can pull that sight off and shoot welll because i know where my anchor point is so naturally im more consistent
 
Looks cool. I would wait til before you walk in to the woods on opening day and take the sight off and see if it works without it.
