Ok give us some details on how it operates. I follow mostly until where the air supply originates.
the red plastic container is your holding tank for water and a good shot of liquid soap concentrate.
the braided flex hose attached to the pour spout of holding tank is your discharge line
the discharge line will have a "T" attached to it at your spray boom, each end of "T" will have another line attached that will end at the right and left sides of your spray width
the air valve is for your 12 volt compressor to force air into holding tank, this in turn creates foam which is discharged along the edges of your spray width
this helps to eliminate skips and overlaps while spraying
I use a hose barb with a clamp and do no use the air valve

mount your air compressor, about $35.00 from any auto supply store, above the holding tank so your soap mixture will not back flow into compressor

Spoon, today I installed at right and left ball valve on my foam marker, many times while spraying I will go around and around the same direction and thus only needing one side of the foam

You shouldn't need much pressure as it's open ended.
On mine I used a 5 inch aquarium stone inside the tank and it makes a very fine bubble mixture.
