2012 boat, motor and trailer. Replaced the one that got totalled in the accident last year in Minnesota.

80 lb minn-kota on the front, 70 hp 4 stroke on the back.
 
I've got a 2006 G3 1756 DLX. They've made a lot of changes to interior design. Looks great.

I expect to buy a new one this year... don't know what model yet, but I know it will be a G3 (w/4 stroke Yamaha). :grin:

I looked at the Deluxe and could have gotten one for almost the same money, but I was going to put the camo mat in and I do not like the floor in the deluxe. I also may duck hunt with it, went with the desert brown. Thought about the camo version, but like the desert brown better. I have a relative who works for a yamaha company, so I got a great deal.
 
Easy45, I learned a long time ago, not having enough trolling motor can be the same as not having one.
 
bds05, trust me, I would of much rather not had the accident. We never made it to Canada and the boat was brand new also. I have been going to Canada since I was 13 (I am 46) and my dad has since 1970 or so, never even had a flat tire. We more than made up for it. We were all sick. Had to stay 3 nights in Eveleth, MN, rent a straight truck and pay diesel cost all the way home, 1050 miles. I hope, wish and pray nothing like that ever happens again.

I have a 2072 G3..Love it. I bought it new in 2006. When I bought mine, I searched dealers within a 200 mile drive and there was 3000 dollars difference between the highest price and the lowest.

I primarily bowfish out've mine. Anyone that knows me, knows I don't baby anything. I have abused this boat from day one and the fact that it's still in one piece could be a commercial for G3. Its a beast!

My only regret is not getting a 4 stroke, but the 2 stroke has never let me down, it just sucks gas bad and it has a 26 gallon gas tank, so a sipper instead of a guzzler would've been nice. haha
