I used ground chuck, kept it simple, chopped fresh green onions, fresh mushrooms, cream cheese, shredded cheese and my own rub. Absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!!

Since I was using ground beef, I cooked them about 1 hr 15 min until the center temperature was at 145 degrees. I cooked using indirect heat at about 240.
