I managed to get in a hunt on the 19th with my Barnett Crossbow. Where I hunt is a subdivision and the lady wants me to shoot as many deer as I can to keep them from destroying her yard this winter. If she sees me going after bucks only then she will pull my right to hunt there! :D No matter I've gotten plenty of deer there the last two years and she is happy.

I managed to hit this little doe, but I never did find her or any trace of her. It looks like the arrow just skimmed the top of the deer and didn't do any real damage. I looked for her that night late and then the next day with my dog. We found no trace, so I'm pretty sure it was just a glancing hit.
