Mt. Roosevelt

Ended this season without success and am looking for new ground to hunt next year.
Have heard that Mt. Roosevelt WMA may have good possibilities.
Would like to learn more before I begin post season scouting.
Can you put me in touch with someone who works in or knows the area?
Questions I have to start:
Accessibility, I drive a small pickup truck and have to walk in to where I hunt. Are atv's allowed there?
How are the road conditions?
Where should I start my scouting?
Are there areas that have been recently timber harvested?
Any help would be apptreciated.
